Great response/ great headlamp

When I receive my Backcountry Duo Headlamp and begin charging it. The battery would not charge and so there was a defect in the headlamp. I emailed customer service and they sent me a label to send back the headlamp and they made a quick response and sent me out a new headlamp. The new headlamp works great and works as advertised. I like all the features it has. Blake at customer service was awesome and Peak back their product up 100%. I
will be using the headlamp on an elk hunt with my son in October. My son also just purchased the backcountry duo headlamp!
