Returns & Warranty Information

If you purchased the Free Returns + Package Protection at the original time of purchase, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for refund or exchange and receive a pre-paid label. If you did not purchase the Free Returns + Package Protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

REFUNDS(if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then,  contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@peaxequipment.com.

RETURN SHIPPING

Our Returns Portal will provide you with shipping information as well as an option to purchase a return label at a discounted rate for convenience. However, if you run into an issue after receiving an RA Number, please ship to the following address;

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

THE INDUSTRY'S BEST WARRANTY

.3-year Limited Warranty

So long as you are the original purchaser, and you use your PEAX product for the use it was intended and you treat your products with care and maintain them properly, we warrant your product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years.

The warranty does not cover wear and tear to your product. Common examples of wear and tear include: faded colors, abrasions, scuffing/scratches, degradation of materials caused by UV exposure or use, and corrosion, breaks due to accidental trips/falls, failed zippers due to dirt/sand, etc. Additionally, this warranty does not cover products that have been altered in any way, improperly maintained, or misused, abused, or neglected.

The Fine Print
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. PEAX MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO INCIDENTAL DAMAGES NOT TO EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. PEAX DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. THIS EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL LEGAL THEORIES UNDER WHICH DAMAGES MAY BE SOUGHT, AND WILL APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. EXCLUDING THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED ABOVE, PEAX MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED; AND NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND ANY MANUFACTURER SUPPLIED DESCRIPTION ACCOMPANYING THE PRODUCT. THE REMEDIES ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AGAINST PEAX, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY. SHOULD A COURT FIND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY BREACHED, PEAX’S ONLY OBLIGATION WILL BE, AT ITS OPTION, TO EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE PRODUCT. SHOULD A COURT FIND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, PEAX WILL REFUND TO YOU THE PRODUCT’S ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
PEAX Equipment Co. reserves the right to determine whether or not a warranty request will be honored. Customers may be required to return broken pole or parts for inspection prior to a warranty authorization being granted.

SHIPPING CLAIMS

WHAT IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

If you run into an issue with delivery (you never received your item, or item arrived damaged) please let us know by filing a claim so we can make it right.

Please keep in mind that claims need to be submitted within 30 days of 'receiving' your item;

  • If your item says delivered and has not arrived, please wait 3 business days before filing a claim as we have seen packages show up within this timeframe.
  • Lost in transit packages are considered when there has not been tracking updates for more than 7 business days.
Once submitted, we will review your claim and get back to you within 2 business days.
