Solace 15 sleeping bag

The bag is great lots of room and the no catch zipper, arm holes, and wider mid half is a game changer.

Solace Sleeping Bag

I'm 6'2" 215 and went with the regular. Perfect size! I've had the Stone Glacier Chilkoot 15, and I personally prefer the zipper down the middle on the Solace and really like the arm vents.

Best of the three

I was torn between three 15 deg bags. Kuiu, Stone Glacier Chilkoot, and Peax Solace. Hard to know what is going to feel the best unless you lay in them and see how they fit you and feel in different sleeping positions. So I bought all three and spent 5 min or so in each one in my living room. I didn’t think I would like the zipper in my neck with the Peax bag and I didn’t think I would like the hood design as it is more narrow than the other two. The zipper placement ended up not bothering me half as much as I thought it would and the hood was actually the most comfortable to me out of all of them, even though I primarily sleep on my side. So I kept the Peax bag and sent the other two back. Glad I did this.

Great execution on the functionality and features! My son loves it and can’t wait for getting in the Solitude 4!

Top notch

As advertised, a mummy style bag with a little extra room and stretch. Arm holes, 3-way zip and front zipper make it a more functional bag. Warm and compact. It's the future of sleeping bags.
