Reached out to the company, was replied to within a couple days. Ordered 3 so I have extras and they arrived 3days later. Not sure how they managed that but they did. Thank you very much and will be buying more of them for future uses. You rocked it Bryce

I had a mishap on my first hunting trip and broke the bracket that holds the light to the headband. I contacted PEAX and they immediately shipped a new one to me (at no charge). I love this headlamp and the customer service speaks for itself.

Somehow in my pack my Headlamp bracket broke. Peax customer service was great and got it replace and to me in very short order. Best headlamp out there and Customer Service was just was good.

Great customer service! I am very greatfull that this headlamp has pieces that can be replaced rather then having to buy a whole new headlamp.
