The battery is a battery… But I want to say PEAX customer service is top notch. Had user/operator error with a new head lamp and the help I got was detailed and spot on. Problem resolved; I ordered a second headlamp as a backup. It shipped without a charging cable. Sh** happens… I had a cable on my doorstep in Maine in 2 days!! Thanks

Batteries, and Light are Awesome

The light, and batteries are a worthy purchase. You will note that some complain about the headband light retention clip breaking. If you order a spare clip, and extra battery you’ll be fine. Note-if you take care of your light the clip isn’t an issue at all. I fail to see how people are breaking these. If you you treat the light as it should be, and don’t get abusive I have yet to have an issue with broken head band retention clips. The light itself is by far the best Ive owned. Love the option of red, and regular light. If needed I will/would order more of these lights.
