Have used the original version of the Peax 4 for a while, and even though I got the full nest and the floor, my go to setup is with a stove and the half nest or just the half-nest in summer time

As I usually spend time in the mountains in west Norway, it rains quite regularly. Initial weight between the dyneema and sil nylon might not be that big, but you do notice how much easier it is to pack it away after a night of rain.
With the Dyneema, it is just to shake it off and pack down.
Love to run a tent big enough to be able to put all the gear inside and still have room to prepare food and lounge on days where you just have to sit tight and let the weather pass.
Tipi, stakes, center pole and nest still come in under half of the weight of my one person Hilleberg, and I do feel just as protected.
If I only could have 1 tent going forward, this would be it.

Lightest tent I have ever used

I’ve been scouting and camping the past few weeks and love the new tent. The only negative is that I watched the instructions how to break in the stove and yesterday I deformed the carbon fiber tent pole while breaking in the stove. The top one will not fit in the other tubes now.

Great product!! Used it a few nights so far on the pacific crest trail in washington and couldn't be more pleased with the room and how stable the tent is! Super easy to set up! Cant wait for September to pair it up with the torrid stove!! Thanks guys, great job!
